About SIP
The Societal Impact of Pain (SIP) infographics are a set of concise, visually engaging advocacy tools designed to raise awareness about the burden of chronic pain and to inform policymakers, healthcare authorities, advocacy groups, patient organisations, and other stakeholders.
They cover key themes such as the biopsychosocial model of pain, the prevalence of chronic pain, common pain conditions, and real-life patient experiences — all aimed at supporting policy change and improving access to treatment across Europe.
